We are psychotherapeutic counsellors providing a confidential and professional counselling service for adults, children and young people in Brighton, Hove and surrounding area. We offer therapy to individuals, families and couples as well as offering clinical supervision to counsellors.

We are both accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists)  follow their code of ethics in our therapeutic work.
